3D Program

The 3D program is based on the necessity of upright men to be able to live and conduct themselves with Dignity, Duty, and Diligence. These three principled attributes are required to reverse the social engineering that has negatively affected the urban communities, especially black communities, and normalized criminal and anti-social behaviors that prevent the generation of a positive world image that engenders respect, admiration, and a desire to assist our culture in establishing ourselves as socially beneficial citizens and communities.

• Dignity - Proper etiquette and upright masculine behavior fit for formal and personal success.
• Duty - Understanding how to function as a team member and have team accountability for not only yourself, but for the entire team and its success.
• Diligence - The ability to have long term focus and work ethic on projects and assignments that require time and focus to complete and accomplish.
