Eric J Sullivan Sr is our founder and Executive Director. He is a Prince Hall 32nd degree Mason, a York Rite Knights Templar, and member of the descendant organization of the original Knights Templar who has overcome criminal lifestyles of rap culture, gang affiliation, and imprisonment to become an upright member of our society, an aspiring government official, and the founder and leader of Rising Phoenix Seattle and Black Business Matters LLC. He and his organizations are committed to the redirection, restoration, and redemption of the engineered moral and ethical declining Black American Slave Descendant culture. He is a Christian who was given a vision by God to take on a mission and purpose that many, if not most, believe is impossible and unattainable for the glory of God and reflection of Christ and His power to perform miracles and choose whomever He desires to perform feats of His design. He was baptized and saved at Mt Zion Baptist Church in Seattle, Washington, the city where he resides and was guided to initiate the achievement of his God-given purpose.
