Rising Phoenix Seattle is a nonprofit devoted to the supplemental education of urban young men who have been programmed by the criminalized hip-hop and entertainment culture created to socially engineer a people to be the personifications of stereotypes that have been told about slave descendants to dehumanize and villainize them and make them fit for oppression, subjugation, and cultural appropriation. We do this through the 3D programming created by our founder, Eric J Sullivan Sr, consisting of Dignity, Duty, and Diligence. This is to give these young men tools that can be used when their life demands change, and their desires match the demands of their lives.
“In my experience, when young men reach a point in their lives where change becomes necessary for life circumstances, and they try to do so, their lack of comfort and skills in required workforce environments causes frustration and back sliding into criminal and nefarious behaviors that lead to recidivism and lifestyles that reflect the stereotypes that perpetuate racist views and prevent social assimilation. The 3D program is assigned to counter this.”
